Tanh practiced as a full-time pharmacist for three years. As COVID-19 ramped up, he slowly transitioned to working part-time, then left his role at the end of 2020. Tanh had a small portfolio of rentals that he had built up since 2018 and started wholesaling during the pandemic. Since the beginning of COVID, he has generated approximately $300K of gross income through 15 deals. The goal now, he says, is to use that income to buy bigger buildings!
If you live in the Cincinnati area, join us on the last Tuesday of every month at the Francis R. Healy Community Center (in Deer Park) from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Our regular attendees will attest that this group is one of the most productive real estate meet-ups you can find. When we get together, we’ll discuss the latest news and trends in real estate investing, how we can maximize our time and assets in the month ahead, and, of course, network.
You're invited to attend this REI Mastermind and gain valuable insight to help you in your real estate journey. There is a $2.50 entrance fee but 90% of the money will be invested back in the group in the form of raffles, appetizers, etc., while 10% of the fee will be donated to Junior Achievement of Cincinnati. No profit will be made from the entry fee.
Investor Networking & Deal Analysis hosted by Slocomb Reed
Come connect with Cincinnati-area real estate investors and participate in group deal analysis at the Cincinnati's Best Ever REI Mastermind meetup! Everyone who attends will have the opportunity to introduce themselves, connect with other investors, bring deals to share with the group and to gain feedback, and to see deals other investors are currently working on. Slocomb will bring a flip, a house hack, and an apartment deal for the group to analyze together.
